Payment and delivery

SONTO DELIVERY FORMS

The buyer can choose the following forms of delivery of the products included in the order:

  • delivery via courier service.
  • delivery by DHL courier to DHL pick-up point or InPost 24/7 parcel machine.

All forms of delivery (excluding next day delivery) are always free of charge.

Delivery time is normally 2-3 business days from the moment the order confirmation is received at your email address.

PAYMENT METHODS

The buyer can choose the following forms of payment for the ordered products:

  • transfer to the Seller’s bank account, with the proviso that in the title of the transfer you must provide the order number (if the order number is not provided in the title of the transfer, the Seller shall endeavor to establish this number, in particular, shall contact the Buyer; if it is not possible to establish the order number for a given transfer, the Seller shall return the amount paid to the bank account from which the transfer was sent).
  • payment on delivery.

Payment on delivery is possible for:

  • Standard delivery (DHL courier) – accepted forms of payment are payment by card or cash. In the case of cash, in order to streamline the transaction, please prepare a deducted amount (but it is not required).
  • InPost Delivery (InPost 24/7 Parcel Delivery) – accepted forms of payment are payment by card, online transfer or BLIK. (Payment method may depend on the parcel machine).

Payment on delivery is not possible for:

  • Delivery to DHL pickup point,
  • Delivery in case of order, as a guest.

If your order is shipped in two packages, pay the courier separately for each shipment.

Payment in a few simple steps:

  • When finalizing your order, select Przelewy24 as your payment method.
  • Choose your bank or BLIK from the list.
  • Using BLIK, all you need to do is enter the 6-digit code you find in your bank’s app.
  • In the case of a bank transfer, you will be redirected to the bank’s website. Log in and confirm the payment. The payment data fields will already be filled in, so you don’t need to enter anything. The bank will immediately display the payment confirmation.
  • You will return to the sontobaby.co.uk website, and your order and payment will be confirmed!
