1.3. A Buyer is a person making a purchase or placing an order at https://sontobaby.com
2. TERMS OF PURCHASE
2.1. The online store is available at https://sontobaby.com and is intended for purchasing goods via the Internet.
2.2. The buyer or person placing an order must be at least 18 years of age.
2.3. The condition for fulfilling purchases and orders is the correct completion of the order form and payment within 3 days of placing the order.
2.4. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer to the account indicated during the order process or through the Przelewy24 service.
2.5. Upon processing the order, the buyer receives confirmation of the purchase via email.
2.6. If the buyer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the store owner may cancel the placed order.
2.7. Each product listed on https://sontobaby.com is priced in Polish zlotys (PLN). The price does not include shipping costs.
2.8. All products offered on the website https://sontobaby.com are brand new.
2.9. Shipping costs are added to the order and are the responsibility of the buyer. For international shipments, applicable foreign parcel or letter shipping rates apply.
2.10. Upon receiving payment for the ordered goods, the store owner processes the order and dispatches it to the buyer.
2.11. The order processing time is from 1 to 2 business days.
3. RETURNS
3.1. A Client who is a Consumer or Sole Proprietor has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
3.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Store of their decision via an explicit statement sent by email to: kontakt@sontobaby.com
3.3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Client to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires.
3.4. The withdrawal will be deemed invalid if the returned product is found to have mechanical or chemical damage, is missing any integral parts, or is used, has odors, is unclean, lacks original tags, or is not packed securely to prevent damage during transit. The item must be returned in its original condition unless altered through normal handling.
3.5. In the event of withdrawal, the Client will receive a refund for all payments made for the product. The refund will be issued promptly, no later than 3 business days from receipt of the returned item, via bank transfer to the account provided by the Client, postal transfer, or, in the case of card payment, to the account linked to the buyer’s payment card or another account specified by the buyer.
3.6. If the Client refuses to accept the product from the courier, the cost of delivery and return is borne by the Client.
3.7. The Client is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
3.8. The Client will also bear the cost of any reduction in value resulting from handling the product in a manner beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, and operation.
3.9. Only the original Buyer may initiate a return.
3.10. The store does not accept shipments sent with “cash on delivery” payment and does not collect packages sent to parcel lockers (Paczkomat).
4. COMPLAINTS
4.1. Products sold in our store may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms are specified in the product description.
4.2. Products purchased in our online store are eligible for servicing if technical faults are discovered within the warranty period.
4.3. Physical damage to the product is not subject to free service repairs.
4.4. Any complaints related to the product should be submitted in writing via email to: kontakt@sontobaby.com with a detailed problem description and the order number.
4.5. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 7 days of its submission and decide on the further course of action.
4.6. If it is decided that the product must be serviced, the Client must send the product at their own expense to the following address:

4.7. After receiving the product and problem description, the Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.
4.8. Complaints for transport damage are considered only based on a protocol drawn up in the presence of the courier.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS
